In 2013 Jodi and Marissa Draper finally decided to start hunting, after years of watching Chad Draper and his obsession with whitetail hunting. Both Jodi and Marissa have both harvested and few nice bucks and several doe now, and are finding themselves wanting to step out of their comfort zones. Chad is hoping to spend more time behind the camera, while teaching the girls as they capture it all on film. Chad is stepping way out of his comfort zone learning to edit and produce the hunts to share with our viewers. We hope to be different from a lot of the shows that are out there today. With just enough experience to call themselves novice hunters and outdoors women. Jodi and Marissa are ready to ``Rise`` from rookie status to full blown ``Rednecks`` right in front of the camera. They've spent more time in food plots, shooting bows and setting stands then ever before. So, the only thing left is to capture the ups and downs of the hunts, and share it with you. We've got some young, experienced hunters, on the team as well that want to do their best to elevate their ``Redneck`` status in front of the camera. Chad has a hard time stepping away from the whitetail woods, after 30 plus years of bowhunting. He's hoping to break away from Western New York to capture his first Elk and Mule Deer hunts on film. We feel that this should translate to something different and fun to watch!

From managing our own properties, to hunting public ground and with various outfitters, the Redneck Rising TV team will capture the stories as they actually unfold, and share them with the viewers. No fancy edits, no recreates, just true, honest fun in the outdoors!

Management

We have been managing our hunting properties for close to 30 years. From food plotting, to following strict age restrictions, we have been able to ensure we're taking the best age class animals our properties in western NY have to offer.

Video

Some of the team is new to the game, some have been doing it for close to 10 years. We're going to capture the hunt as it unfolds, show the ups and downs, and create an engaging video for the viewers to relate to.

Species

We've primarily stuck to our roots in western NY with whitetail and turkey hunting. We will be venturing to new territories for black bear, mule deer, antelope and elk in the coming seasons. The versatility among the team should lead to some successful hunts along the way.

Rising

The "Rising" part of our title stems from the varying degree of hunting background held accros the team. The goal is to bring each team member further towards full blown "Redneck" status, by RISING through the challenges and succeeding.
